We are undertaking a significant infrastructure upgrade to the Autopilot Journeys system. As part of this work, the Autopilot Journeys product will experience a period of downtime, followed by a potential period of degraded performance.

While we strive to minimize disruption, this change is substantial and some level of service interruption is necessary to complete the upgrade safely and effectively.

Please note: Customers not using the legacy Autopilot Journeys component will not be affected.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve the performance and reliability of our platform.
